"Press and Cut" method |
Okada's unique "Press & Cut" method is ideal for shearing heavy
gauge steel. Two blades are used, a press blade and a cutter blade. The press
blades first compress the objects, allowing the cutter blades to make deeper penetration
for the final severing action. Okada's straight cutter blades, which apply constant
force to a point on the object, more efficiently shear heavy gauge steel than
other angled blades, which inevitably lose force. The adoption of this unique
Okada technology makes Okada's TS cutters the most powerful, efficient cutters
available anywhere for steel structure demolition work.
